9K a year $70,000 - $75,000 The Dining Services Director is responsible for all aspects of the community dining services program; this responsibility includes organization, supervision and administration of all dining services and programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of two-years supervisory experience as Director of Dining Services required Certified Dietary Managers Certification OR State Qualified Dietician for long-term care OR Associate's Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or related field required Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to dining services management required High School diploma or GED required Demonstrated leadership skills required Ability to relate well to employees, residents and visitors required RESPONSIBLITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Responsible for or makes recommendations regarding the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, supervision and implementation corrective action for department personnel.
Responsible for the completion of all required record keeping related to these processes.
At least annually, evaluates job performance of professional staff and reviews job performance evaluations of dining services personnel completed by the supervisors.
Develops and maintains dining services policies, procedures, objectives and standards of practice.
Conducts regular staff meetings with all shifts for purposes of planning, coordinating and implementing policies and procedures regarding quality resident dining service.
Responsible for the development of personnel schedules within budgetary guidelines, providing adequate staff to assure quality meal service.
Develops and maintains food and supply inventory program.
Develops the annual dining services budget.
Maintains fiscal control of the department as measured by monthly financial statements.
Maintains accurate daily and monthly meal counts.
Submits total to Executive Director/Administrator, as requested.
Responsible for the maintenance of records and preparation and submission of reports as required by community policy and governmental agencies.
Creates daily menu specials in accordance with all applicable Presbyterian Senior Living policies procedures and applicable state/federal regulations.
Actively participates in the Comprehensive Residents Assessment and Interdisciplinary Care Planning Process.
Oversees and participates in educational programs for dining services personnel.
Attends all required in-services annually.
Responsible for the completion of catering, baking and other special functions, as needed.
Develops, implements and monitors the dining services Quality Assurance Program.
Serves on committees and sub-committees as assigned by Executive Director/ Administrator.
Maintains safety of kitchen work area.
Assures maintenance of a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with established guidelines though daily inspections of work areas, dining room and pantry area.
Enforces dining services department cleaning schedule.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
